Are there any "war game" scenarios planned by the Pentagon on Sunday?

Operation Vigilant Guardian was being "played" out on 9/11. Google that.

London also had a "war game" scenario being played out in the subways on the day of their attack. Most people haven't heard about that. Google that.

So, so any military personel know about a war game going on in or around Detroit, Michigan tomorrow? If so, what is the "scenario"? If the previous two examples are any indicator, then if there is an attack, the "scenario" of the war game will match exactly the parameters of the attack.
