Most people who have snakes, even big ones, do not feed rabbits to the snake. Rats at the most, but not rabbits, and snake hobbyists typically do not feed live prey because of the confined spaces (the snake can injure itself trying to kill its prey). Perhaps a zoo feeds very large snakes larger prey, but such prey is already dead. This is why the rabbit is a bit much.

The pig was over the top. They staged that castration just so people could listen.

The cow was poor taste, but I think that if it was going to happen anyways (for meat), then I have no problem with it. If the cow was brought to the station to be slaughtred for a stunt, that is too much.

But you are right...my primary problem with Clear Channel is their political leanings and their monopolistic domination of the radio waves, not animal issues.
