I have held Donna several times since she received the news. The only words I could understand when she called me was "my baby." I collapsed in the middle of the floor screaming "no! it's got to be a mistake!!" They carried me out of the office that day. My sister told me it feels like a hole has been ripped in her heart that will never heal.
