Otherwise I may have forgotten the question I had for you that I did not have the opportunity to ask.
"What threat did Sanford pose to Rove as of Christmas Eve?"
If I missed it, my apologies. I would appreciate a pointer.
If he was no threat, then this would make little sense beyond retribution. I do not hold Rove above retribution, but I imagine he is smarter than to draw the attention of the watchful.
-Unless that is his intention.
