36. I started one about the smoking ban in Ohio
It is written into the law that if you run a business out of your home, smoking is prohibited if people come to your house during business hours.

The thread became a flamefest between the smokers and the nons. I think we need to watch out for laws being written to monitor or own homes, but the non smokers have been programmed to "just say no" while laws are being introduced to kick in their front doors. Oh well, no biggie.
