seems to be the one they are focusing on. I suspect they are handled separately since so many people have to run out and get the CLAD even if they have a Lifetime. I don't have a CLAD and decided not to bother since I retired in June. I figured I'd keep the Multiple Subjects updated since I might want to substitute sometime.
I got that same email, but they sent me my teaching credential anyway. I was sort of surprised when I got it. It came within a couple of weeks from the time I applied online.
Don't know what to tell you. Send them an email and ask what's hapening with the Clear.
