I thought she was one of the good Goopers, or at least one of the more tolerable ones.
I'm can't say that any more, though, knowing that she almost certainly was aware that she was endangering New Yorkers in the wake of 9/11 by having the EPA suppress information about the hazards of the toxic fallout from the WTC towers' collapse.
