And she also said that the "American people are counting on us not to be a rubber stamp."

I agree, Hillary. This is why the Democrats should filibster Alito's nomination.

Evidently, the Dems do not have the numbers which may be why Barbara Boxer said yesterday on Eddie Schultz's show that we need one or two Republicans to come out against Alito and it would be a breakthrough and give some life to a filibuster."

An interesting comment, perhaps quite telling.
