Maybe they have some kind of droid factory where they churn out Bushbots, like Barbie dolls that they try to make into different races just by changing the color of the plastic they're made of. The Mehlman droid and the Christie droid are the same model with minor variations. They definitely have the same hard-wired talking points. They aimed the eyes a little better on the Mehlman droid, but it's equally creepy in its own way.
