Then why are people so afraid of what Iranian retaliation might look like?

Sounds like this guy is discussing spy ops -- possibly to sabotage those naval weapons we've all heard so much about. If war happens and the Iranian response fizzles, don't be surprised.

Either that or the CIA is, in fact incompetent, has no special forces guys, and is just putting up flyers trying to get in touch with small "revolutionary" activist groups.
