15. I feel as though we are crumbling

I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer, but I am so saddened & ashamed at what we have become. I mostly hide my pessimisom because it does nothing to help, but I am extremely concerned for our future, for the future of the world.

On a brighter note, this is why I check into DU almost everyday. I need to be inspired by wonderful people who are working to create change, to right the course of our wayward nation. Their inspiration helps me to contribute in whatever ways that I can.
