going on a hunger strike. Mrs. Code Pink, for one. And Cindy as well, it seems. They are the "long range" fasters (aka hunger strikers) near as I can tell.

Others may do the "rolling" fast if they like. Commit to at least one day, but more would be great, it says.

I feel kinda bad that I didn't read the link until yesterday. It really does explain things better than the OP alone.
