If you read the article, Gore said - once again - he's "not planning" to run for president. That's not nearly as definitive as "will not seek".
I really don't know why it's headline news every time he repeats the same denial he's made on every stop. And was the media really focusing that much on global warming before he made this movie and went on tour to promote it? The presidential speculation helps promote the movie, the book and the issue.
