more liberal with each passing year. It's great! They despise * and everything to do with him. They never liked Reagan, but they LOATHE bushco. Every time we visit or talk they update us on the outrages of their freeper friends. They're two of the people who are gonna vote Rick Santorum out of office in ten months.

It's weird: two thirds of the country doesn't particularly like W. I'd say about one third to one half detest the man. And yet, there are still so many people like your wife's lunch guest who think (or who want to make themselves think) that it's still October 2001 and everyone still thinks * is the sign and the seal of the prophets. We certainly run into that around here.
