Reply #10: In doing a quick scan back to some of the previous filings

they were asking for some documents beginning January 01, 2003 as seen in Libby's filing on 05 01, Exhibit A, which is a response from NBC to Baker Botts. I haven't gone any further to compare the others as to original dates specified in their subpoenas but, at least in the NBC instance, with the start date for the search being January 01, 2003, that original start date would already have encompassed the on or before July 14th date now being specified upon which NBC had already responded. I haven't gone back into the previous filings with the exception of the one I noted earlier in my post to see if they are narrowing their search only with regard to the date or if they have narrowed it to more specific documents than originally requested.

Seeing where Libby is not charged with outing Plame but, instead, charged with perjury and obstruction of justice, it will be interesting to see how this is handled.

Offhand, I'd see this is more kitchen sinks being requested.
