15. The pain of those whose loved ones died for want of body armor, ie a few $
... I cannot imagine how it feels to the families of dead soldiers to find out that the government saved some bucks on body armor while fighting a multi-hundred-billion-dollar war. How can it be that this same government couldn't shell out for the protection that would have saved lives?

A person who saves a life saves the world. Same for body armor that saves a life.... there aren't words for how wrong this situation is.
