Libby is also betting his hairline on the fact that Jailhouse Judy won't go all vindictive on him. Snort, her history on the planet proves otherwise.
Meanwhile, they are both putting things on the public record. Are there any defense attorneys involved here that get that Scooter has no one except the OVP who can "vouch" for their client. Does Judy get that quashing the subpoena may be more difficult if the media others don't quash theirs - a la Cooper the last time. This is beautiful, they are doing a slow motion clusterf*ck :spank:right in time for 2006 elections.
