42. Bottom third
I heard someone say once something that went like this: One third of us talk about complex ideas, set forth our vision for what we think is right and just and try to live by it. From this third come our leaders in thought and action. Another third talk about other people, what "they" are or are not doing, who did what to whom, etc. This third provides the steady audience for American Gladiator and Survival and can be easily goaded into debt-laden over-consumption, paradise for those working on Madison Avenue. The bottom third talk about things. "See my red ball? Cool, huh?" Apparently, in the good ol' US of A, from this dense group we get the occassional pResident.

Scary, isn't it?
