maybe "we" dodged a bullet but this poor man is effed

ambien apparently inteferes w. yr ability to make decisions but under our laws if you drive under the influence it doesn't quite matter if you were on a prescribed drug -- what matters is that he acknowledges being under the influence

i think they should take it off the market frankly since people who would otherwise never harm anyone are put in a position where they have no ability to control themselves
