14. That photo is from Day Two of Katrina, Tuesday

Bush attended a fundraiser at a luxury oceanside resort in San Diego Monday evening, while New Orleans drowned. Then on Tuesday, while New Orleans continued to drown, while people screamed for help from their rooftops, Bush gave a speech about Iraq. He spoke to sailors on a Navy ship in the San Diego harbor, and later he accepted a guitar from the musician who was his opening act, and he clowned around with it for the cameras. That night he flew home to Crawford. While New Orleans drowned.
