I think you upload the file to the KU server, then just use a link like this one:

http://aluminaughty.com/sounds/DoTheyKnowItsChristmastime_0008.wmv

The link above it HeeBGBz's - you could PM HeeBGBz or LiberalUprising - they posted it at their sites.

Maybe Symbolman will be able to talk you through posting the video at your site when he gets the Flash version ready...
