CCA Wood

I have an old glider I'm thinking about rebuilding. The replacement list calls for CCA Wood. Lately I've read that CCA is not that good for you. My thoughts were to get some CCA 2x4's and rip them to the slats needed and band saw the remaining parts. All in all I would be sawing, drilling ,and sanding this wood. Of course I will be using dust respirator.

Any thought on using CCA Wood? I find I'm having some reservations about it.

Thanks many BR
