The photo did force me to realize I've become quite a porker these past couple of years. As of today, I'm a recovering couch potato!

JK was laughing because I told him that I wanted a photo to post over my desk to torture a repug who still has a Bush poster over hers. He said something like, "You go get em!" It made me feel proud to be a fiesty Dem!

Aw shucks about that head-on-shoulder comment. He's such an authority figure to me, I'd never do that! I'm a little afraid of him to be honest. Not that he's scarey or anything. He's a sweet human being, but because I respect him so much, I'm rather intimidated by the senator. He could be Marcus Aurelius or Andrew Jackson straight out of the pages of history. Guess you could say I'm in total awe of the man. He's like a statue come to life. Funny, huh?
