Also, what were these "lies". That the soldiers are breaking down doors to houses. That is what's been reported and from Kerry's other comments it's the soldiers who think we shouldn't do this function. I agree with you the other Democrats need to speak out and hopefully some of the military. It may be that they think it should be ignored as these are not serious people.
