Upcoming Retrogrades

. . .what will it mean? Found this site and wondered whether those of you with better knowledge than mine can expand on this:

That will make Neptune, the ruler of Pisces, in retrograde along with Uranus, ruler of Aquarius, also in retrograde all at the same time. No, this will not be a pretty set of circumstances unfolding as the eighth month of the year approaches. Our Congress including both parties will definitely be at odds with each other and will not move off their positions."
