I have been almost eaten up alive with intense hate for * and this administration. I cannot emphasize how deep this feeling went. Luckily, someone on here reminded me of what these emotions can do to me personally. Although I realized this, I had forgotten, due to my intense emotion.
Now, I focus on sending the white light to our country, the planet, and all the inhabitants. I even send it to our leaders.
One thing I do in addition is to let those know who are feeling guilty for unjustly influencing this election, that they can decide to do the right thing and come forward. I don't see it as manipulation, but just showing a path.
