I think that where NSA is concerned, it might be best to consider facts other than the astrological ones. James Bamford's Body of Secrets, an excellent history of the NSA, is a great place to start. The book enlightened me to a lot of things, like the fact that--current developments aside--NSA might be one of the last honest and effective intelligence gathering groups we have. And as for the OP's claim that it has some kind of monstrous budget--it was actually subjected to a number of heinous Republican-sponsored budget cuts in the late nineties, which some feel crippled its ability to do anything to prevent 9/11. Astrology is great, but so is investigative journalism.
