I layer the cheesy gooey chicken with refrieds, tortillas and low fat sour cream (gotta stay healthy you know!)... I sometimes add extra jalapenos and cheese. (If you add more cheese go to the non fat sour cream :) ) Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes or so. And don't forget to add a layer of cheese on top to get all melty.
This is the probably one of the easiest crockpot dinner in the world and I have to tell you it is really, really good.
