reacted how she did to Kerry's comment in the debate. She, along with her parents, and most of the conservative population all CRINGED and shouted "the horror!" as if he had just revealed that she had some communicable flesh eating virus.

This is a great letter, and you helped me sum up my own thoughts about the interview as well. I sat there watching it going, "is anybody buying this shit? Worse, would any self respecting lesbian buy this shit?"

i would also say however, that i understand full well what it takes to learn to respect ones self for what one is. It is not an easy path, and she may be struggling with it. After all, she does have Satan as a father. When you father has absolutely no soul, its probably a bit harder to find your own.
