Why go to the show, with their wives, and then brag about being groped? Are they wanting to sound as if they are attractIVE but not attractED to gay people? I don't get it.

homophobia is a bizarre mystery to me. It never holds up to scrutiny.

"gay guys are gonna jump me in the shower!"
--"ok, so you don't think you could defend yourself against a rabid gay guy?"
"No, I'm a real man, I can defend myself."
--"ok, so are you afraid they'll do something or afraid you'll like it?"
"Queer!".

I just don't get the logic of it.
