I just got home and I can't even access the internet at the temp job I had. (yeah "had". The assignment ended today. :( )

The KID is the ONLY one I care about. And if things work out, the job I get will be all about "protecting kids". Anyone who knows me at all on here knows I have a passion for kids and for justice. I have little or no tolerance for whiners and people who refuse to accept any responsibility for their own behaviour. I most especially have no tolerance for people who hurt kids (I'm NOT saying YOU did, I'm making a GENERAL statement. ) I guess it's one of the reasons I was a foster mom and an adoptive mom.

Funny. Even when I was a teeny-tiny girl I disliked the bullies who picked on other kids (- not saying YOU are a bully. sigh. just talking about myself here hoping people will begin to get a clue even if I have to give away the vowels. . .) They were always surprised that such a tiny girl could pack such a big wallop (not necessarily meaning "wallop" in the physical sense but - I stood my ground and never backed down from a fight started by a bully.) huh. Guess I haven't changed much.
