Yeah, Dallas' owner has deep pockets, but the other 32 owners also have a responsibility to spend at levels that will push them toward competitiveness. You actually cannot compare the NFL to MLB as they have totally different structures. I think Rush Limbaugh should be looking to getting into ownership in baseball rather than football, as he would fit in better with his free market, racist ways. He and Steinbrenner would make good buddies.

There is none in MLB, and in fact they are actually encouraged to spend less so that the wealthiest of the wealthy can control the sport.
