Even if they lost, Holmgren has done so much for that organization. 3 winning seasons(4 if they finish the season with a win) and 2 playoff appearences in 6 years. He found a solid QB, RB, and WR(Some teams spend a decade or 2 finding a skilled offensive trio that click well together) for years to come as well as talented defense.
