I don't drink anymore but I know one hell of a lot about it , so feel free to use my mixing directions for making a mint julep Kentucky style.
Gather some fresh mint, get it from the patch under your outdoor faucet, that's the best Put some ice cubes in a clean kitchen towel and crush it with the back of your skillet. Put 5 or 6 mint sprigs in cup and mull them around Mix, toss with the mint and put in Sterling silver julep cup with a little simple syrup Wait for the cup to frost Pour 2 jiggers of good bourbon in a small rocks glass. Throw that mint shit on the ground Drink the bourbon neat.
