Many years ago the Puritans banned books by Quakers . Later the same mind set
banned Leaves of Grass by Walt Whitman .

Other banned books include Of Mice and Men , Catcher in the Rye and even Harry Potter

President Eisenhower once told a group of college students "Don't join the book burners" The First amendment protects our right to free speech . The book burners seek to take it away
