where Kerry cross-votes could only be switched to Peroutka votes.
 However, in locations where Kerry votes could be switched to Bush, Peroutka cross-votes practically do not happen, even if possible/ In locations where Kerry-Bush vote-switching is possible, the disparity (shift) to Bush is double the near ten-fold increase rate to Peroutka! Doesn't anyone understand the significance of these statistics, and the non-randomness of the patterns??????? |
