What good is the security of a recount if it is impossible to use?


Maybe we should be writing the EAC if they are so interested in how HAVA money is being spent, and if indeed, they have time and resources to do anything other than investigate Shelley.

"It doesn't have to be this way. The Election Assistance Commission (EAC) has just begun to formulate its work plan for 2005. It could step in to develop clear and sensible guidelines for what consitutes a true recount using paperless touchscreen machines.
