5. Popular mobilisation and the use of correct language
I would start by calling the Republicans what they are, THUGS THAT SUPPORT THE PERMANENCE OF WAR CRIMINALS in the White House.

After that, I would not accept any directive originated in Bush's White House due to its lack of legitimacy. The DNC should halt the works of every single operational structure/institution of the government (that is just dreaming) and the common people should resist the ilegitimate regime on a daily basis!
