Its simple.

43% of 122.26 million voters said the voted for Bush in 2000 - not Nader, not Buchanan.

43% of 122.26 million is 52.57 million.

Bush, not Nader, not Buchanan, got 50.50 million votes in 2000.

The real question is: why was the weighting CHANGED from 41% in the Peliminary Poll (13047) to 43% in the Final (13660) WHEN 43% WAS OBVIOUSLY IMPOSSIBLE?
