6. How many votes were "changed"?
I like to read your statistics and perhaps you have gone into this before...if so, sorry...
if Bush's votes increased by 3.82 million (if I subtracted correctly), can you tell from your numbers if Kerry's were reduced correspondingly or if there were simply vapor votes added to Bush?

I am sure that there are multiple causes for the shift but I'd like to know the primary modus operandi for the vote fraud.
