Thanks for your email - please accept our apologies for the disruption to our webchat last night. The servers were brought to a halt by a group of anti-Michael Moore activists whose entire aim was to bring down the webchat. We did manage to overcome the technical issues we had with security and carried out the webchat an hour after the publicised time.
