64. Now to be fair about it....
Shrub wouldn't be able to put up any "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!" banners that wouldn't draw enemy fire, let alone friendly fire.

Shrub wouldn't be able to prance around in his 'Top Gun' flight suit, and would have to dive into some 'spider hole' or behind his cameramen for his life begging for mercy.

When all of the bullets are still flying, Senator Kerry can go access the situation and report back to Shrub in Dick Cheney's bunker.

When all of the fighting is over and all of the real men are coming home, he'll be more than happy to fly himself and Jeb on the aircraft carrier bringing them home (in U.S. Waters). With the banner, "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!" draped over the carrier.
