He grew a beard got fat and hid. Then whenhe waspoised for the nomination, he turned it dowm. People hazzard guesses why but no one KNOWS why he didn't run. He had a moral imperative and he didn't pick up the gauntelet. He abandoned his supporters. Many people he worked with didn't even get thanked in any way. Gore made some great speeches later and now, silence again. Why isn't Gore defending the vote ? Gore is no hero.
