The Fahrenheit 911 scene of the 2000 electoral certification made me so sad. I have the opportunity to see that this doesn't happen again.

I feel I can be a force for change on the 6th.

However, the 20th would be too difficult for me. I just couldn't stand to stand in the center of an event in which people were celebrating the evil monkey man. I think I'd hurl a lung.

Can you imagine--the most devoted of Bush's followers--all convened in one place, to cheer their hero. Plus, they'll all be dressed in long, fur coats and gaudy jewelry. They're faces will be plastered with their stepford expressions. Their money, elitism, ignorance, greed and pseudo-intellectual baloney will be showcased in full glory.

I can't be surrounded by a group of people that I want to throttle.

I do support and have tremendous respect for those who do protest on the 20th. You're stomaches are obviously much stronger than mine!
