33. I think you misunderstand the term
"smoking gun".

"Smoking gun" means incontrovertible evidence that will be sure to convict in a court of law. "Smoking gun" means something that no one can dispute. If you catch someone at the scene of murder with a gun that is actually smoking in his hand, that's the "smoking gun" evidence.

The equivalent in the fraud cases would be:

1. Confession of one of the fraud participants, explaining exactly how it was done and naming accomplices.
2. Video of someone stuffing ballot boxes.
3. Code that is proven to be taken out of one of the actual voting machines or tabulators that contains portions that pad the vote for one of the candidates.

I am sure you can think of a few more possibilities.

All the stuff you are talking about is evidence, but not hard proof, or "smoking gun". Characterizing it as "smoking gun" just opens the presenters of it to ridicule.
