8. Principle should count for something.
If I suspected Bush stole the election from me, you better bet I would have thrown down the gauntlet immediately.

I have been quite patient with Kerry because I believe a stealth tactic would be a slick move.

If Jan. 6 passes without a major challenge, I will be forced to conclude that Kerry values his own political future than he does the franchise of those who voted for him this time.

If that happens, he will deserve neither my respect or my vote in the future.

I have some faith in the guy though.
