And that Moyer is not delaying to cover his own butt. And they are too related. Moyers "alleged" fraudulent election is being used as evidence to bolster the bush fraud claim. How can any seriously say they are not.

The only reason they were seperated is becaus MOYER, who is charged with being fraudulently elected, Ruled on his own case. Now he may not have technically violated OHIO law but he sure did trample over quite thouroughly. All your assumptions are assuming that Moyer is acting as an impartial and fair judge of the case. Which I think has been readily shown he is not.
