This confirms portions of Eaton's testimony, which makes the rest of her story much more credible.

It shows that this was going on all over...He visited 6 counties, and there are 5 technicians. Does 5 include him, or are there 6 in total? Does he say that the other techs did similar things?

He admits to going out to 6 counties to "answer questions" and "help" them with the recount. As I understand it, TRIAD sent out people without being asked. Do they have any basis for doing this?

Now, no one is supposed to do anything to the machines without permission, but what does this mean legally? Is this considered fraud, like Blackwell's interference with people inspecting records is, or is this something that can be brushed off as an "error" or maybe "miscommunication"? As I understand it, at the very least, it's illegal. So what happens? Who goes to jail? What does it mean for the recount?
