9. Just like Florida in 2000...
...the election in Ohio was not conducted fully pursuant to the laws of the state of Ohio.

As in Florida, Ohio law includes a contest provision by which candidates may challenge the official canvass. Unless and until any valid election contest is adjudicated, any appointment of electors is not lawfully justified.

This is why most states do not delay their official certification, as Blackwell chose to do for imagined political advantage (also unlawful).

Like with Florida, they need to violate election law first (suppress votes). Then avoid lawful judicial oversight (or have it truncated by the Felonious Five). And finally make congress complicit in the treason by not disallowing these unlawful electors on Jan 6.

Last time, the DC Dems stood idly by while the Black Caucus stood up to the Anti-American enterprise.
