The Supreme Court will hear arguments Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m.
PT whether 500+ ballots incorrectly rejected can be included in the
recount. Optimist Washington Dems think that regardless of the
morning hearing, unless some shocking new information comes to
light, the court is ready to rule in Gregoire's favor upholding the
radical notion that a valid ballot should be, er, valid.

Gregoire will be at the state Supreme Court and hold a press
conference immediately following the results. If the court allows
those ballots, Gregoire has all but won the election. If they don't,
then it'll be a nail biter to the end as King County completes its
recount and reports on Thursday.
